Hi, I’m Michelle Linscheid, LCSW, a trauma therapist in Arizona offering online therapy for adults. I specialize in helping people heal from trauma and find healthier ways to cope. Many of my clients come to me because they are struggling with the impact of trauma, including substance use, self-harm, suicide ideation, or disordered eating. I use a harm reduction approach, meaning we explore the coping strategies you already use, without judgment, and work together to discover what truly supports your long-term well-being. My goal is to create a safe, compassionate space where you can begin to move forward and feel more grounded in your daily life.

In our first sessions together, we’ll take time to get to know each other, talk about your goals for therapy, and identify coping skills you can use in your daily life. I use evidence-based approaches including mindfulness, somatic therapy, and parts work to help clients heal from trauma, reduce anxiety and overwhelm, and feel more connected to themselves. Whether you’re beginning therapy for the first time or returning to it after a break, I’ll meet you where you are and support you in taking the next steps toward lasting change.

Please reach out for a free 15 minute discovery call to see if we are the right fit.
I look forward to working with you.
